SPARKS of Passion for Learning & Development began with four different individuals, employed at that time as HR practitioners. Brought together to take on a daunting task of training this big multinational company, these four moved forward with enthusiasm and professionalism by organizing People Engagement Programs amidst exciting challenges.
They realized the gaps in knowledge, skills, and attitude within the corporate workforce. They developed relevant programs in coordination with the different experts & talents within the industry. However, they couldn’t find better or more accessible trainers.
This experience got them thinking: “We can make better programs to serve more if we start with our own development”.
